Ecolab® XY-12® Disinfectant with Sodium Hypochlorite Formula

Ecolab XY-12 Disinfectant with Sodium Hypochlorite Formula is a liquid biocide and disinfectant with 8.4% sodium hypochlorite (chlorine) for cleaning and sanitizing surfaces in the food industry. Rinse-free solution does not leave sediments, deposits or films at a concentration no greater than 200 ppm of available chlorine. Versatile and convenient to use, Ecolab XY-12 can be used for microbiological control of water from cooling systems, swimming pools, and tanks and can be used to disinfect water for water consumption. Successful in the removal of manganese and iron, Ecolab XY-12 is also capable of eliminating color in water. Quick action combats a wide spectrum of microorganisms, including Escherichia coli, Listeria monocytogenes, Salmonella typhi, and Staphylococcus aureus. Highly concentrated 1.2mL per liter provides 100 ppm of active chlorine. Multi-use disinfectant can be easily proportioned thru sprayers, feeders, or chlorinators as well as being utilized thru fogging applications to control bacteriophage.
