Combined with diced jalapenos (both green and red), diced habanero, and ghost pepper puree, this fiery mixture has a Scoville rating of 4000 or more. Peppers are chopped at 1/8" for thorough consistency with a polished, bright appearance throughout the blend. The colorful combination contains a scattering of creamy to white seeds that harmonize with the strong and spicy hot peppers to elevate flavors and food experiences. Harvested from Mexico where hot chiles thrive in full sun exposure and warm conditions, these firm peppers create a bright mixture of dark to olive green colors that nicely complement bright to dark red jalapenos. Habanero is yellow-orange to orange in color.
