Alpet® PAA 15%
Strong, high-activity oxidizing antimicrobial agent for use in dairy and food processing. Customized sanitizing formulation contains 15% peracetic acid and 22% hydrogen peroxide for safe decontaminating and controlling bacteria formation. Highly effective when used as an additive to water for fruit and vegetable treatment as well as sterilization of production lines, transport, workstations and various other required equipment. Optimum performance below pH 8.6, but effective up to pH 9.5. Lower alkalinity allows for higher cycles of concentration than hypochlorite. Ideal for use in sanitation of both organic and conventional food and beverage plants. OMRI, Kosher, Pareve, and Halal certified. NSF listed for 3D classification. Features 1/4" low-flow safety feed adapter with flowrate up to 1 qt/min.
