CPM Control Valve

A revolutionary design for fast response. Air is introduced on one side of a double diaphragm while product flows by the other side. Set the air pressure - utilizing a precision self-relieving regulator - at the product pressure you wish to maintain. Because the valve stem is attached directly to the diaphragm, the CPM valve reacts immediately to the slightest alteration in product pressure, changing plug position to maintain a constant system pressure. These valves are used to control liquid levels in tanks or vessels, used in metering, blending, or filling systems, or whenever constant liquid level or pressure must be maintained. CPM valves offer excellent cleanability due to body design and radii on lower diaphragm allowing them to be CIP-suitable.
