Ecolab Ster-Bac Quaternary Ammonium Sanitizer is a reliable and effective liquid solution for cleaning food processing stations and equipment in the dairy industry. Designed to control odors, Ster-Bac is well-suited for use in restaurants and establishments containing a three-compartment sink. Sanitizers developed with quaternary ammonium compounds work powerfully against harmful bacteria, including Listeria monocytogenes, to help prevent foodborne illnesses, reduce waste, and exceed safe production standards. Easily proportioned through sprayers or injection meters, Ster-Bac is convenient to use and provides an excellent foam profile when used in doorway sanitizing systems. This clear-colored quaternary ammonium sanitizer is highly versatile and ideal for deodorizing, disinfecting, and no-rinse sanitizing. Non-corrosive when used at recommended dilution. The formula does not contain phosphorus.
