A "run"-derful event in a little town that does big things.
Inspired by The Color Run™ mission, Granton's 5K paint race is an untimed event to promote wellness, fun, and community. Dressed in white t-shirts, participants will pass thru different stations where they are showered with colored powders along the course. Organized to build up community and encourage everyone to have fun, the event brings in revenue to the local economy. The color run is held each year in June.
The annual Granton race is dedicated to Growing Granton Strong. Set between Neillsville and Marshfield, WI, the village of Granton has a population of approximately 350 people and proudly holds an enriched history that runs deep. The small town has long stretches of rich farms in every direction with several tractor and farm supply companies, cheesemakers, and a larger Amish Community with many greenhouses. With a strong belief in community and kinship, the Granton residents aim to build trusting, enduring friendships with amazing opportunities and experiences for all ages, including an annual Fall Festival with a Queen Coronation and various activities year-round in addition to the color fun run.
Grow with Granton--it is alot more than a small dot on the map!
